Thank you for using our products and services ("Services").

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Sometimes additional terms or product requirements may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

These terms may change - please check regularly for changes.

We ship tangible products from Monday to Friday and aim to have your product shipped to you within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. We use FedEx or DHL Couriers, depending on the shipping destination. The courier will require a signature upon receipt so please do not use P.O. boxes when providing a shipment address. Note that you will be required to pay any import duties or taxes as applicable in your country.

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase you may return it to us for a full refund, less any shipping, taxes and duties. Contact us prior to returning any product within the 30-days of receiving the product for authorization. Refunds will only be processed when we receive the returned product.

Hardware purchased from us is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from invoice date. Defective hardware must be returned to us at the customer's expense. We will ship the repaired or replaced hardware to the customer at our expense.

You will not utilize any of our Services for any purpose that is unlawful. You will not use any of our Services to send spam or unsolicited bulk email. Use of our Services is entirely at your own risk. Abusive behaviour toward any our staff will not be tolerated.

ellipticSecure will not be liable to the client or any third party in respect of any and all damages, loss, claims or costs, of whatever nature and including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential or special damages, suffered by the client or third party, howsoever arising, and ellipticSecure will moreover not be liable whether the loss was the result of the act or omission of an ellipticSecure employee.

Use of the Services indicates that you indemnify and hold harmless ellipticSecure in respect of any damages, loss or costs or claims instituted against ellipticSecure arising from any product, application, subscription to or use of any Service or breach of the terms and conditions applicable to it.
